The 24V 4A Battery Charger is a DC charging device designed specifically for 24V batteries,
Output specifications: Supports 24V/4A constant current and constant voltage output, total power of 128W, voltage regulation accuracy of ± 1%, current fluctuation range of ± 2%, compatible with various types of lead-acid batteries (SLA/VRLA/GEL/AGM), lithium iron phosphate batteries, etc. The product has IR parameter modification function.
Input compatibility: Supports 100-240VAC wide voltage input, frequency 50-60Hz, compatible with global power grid standards.
Environmental adaptability: The working temperature range is -20 ℃ to 40 ℃, and the shell is made of flame-retardant ABS material (fire rating UL94 V-0), which is resistant to UV aging and has passed IP68 protection level.
Safety mechanism: Built in overvoltage protection (31V ± 1V), overcurrent protection (≥ 4.4A), short circuit protection (automatic recovery), and equipped with a 75 ℃± 5 ℃ over temperature protection threshold.

2、 Core functions
Intelligent four stage charging
Adopting a four stage charging mode of soft charging (CC)+constant current (CC)+constant voltage (CV)+float charging:
Soft charging stage: Repair and charge the battery to 21V with a current of 2A to restore the charging state.
Constant current stage: Quickly charge to 29.4V (lead-acid battery) with 4A current to avoid battery overheating.
Constant voltage stage: The voltage stabilizes at 29.4V, and the current gradually decreases to 0.4A to prevent overcharging.
Float charging stage: The voltage drops to 27.6V, the current drops to 0.1A, and the battery is maintained in a fully charged state.
Explanation: The battery is fully charged. The charger can be disconnected from the battery. If the battery is kept in float charging mode and connected to the charger, the charger will restart charging after 7 days.
Environmental Adaptability Design
Impact resistant design: Through a 1.5-meter drop test, the shell has no cracks and the internal components are not loose.
Electromagnetic compatibility: Passed the EN 55032 Class B radiation interference test to avoid interference with other devices.
Multiple protection mechanisms
High voltage surge protection: Equipped with TVS diode, it can withstand 10kV surge impact and avoid lightning damage.
Electrostatic protection: Contact discharge ± 8kV, air discharge ± 15kV, in compliance with IEC 61000-4-2 standard.
