The IP68 100W charger is a DC charging device designed specifically for extreme environments
Output specifications: Supports 100W (48V/2A, 36V/2.5A, 24V/4A, 12V/8A) products with IR parameter change function, dynamic adjustment accuracy ± 1.0%, current fluctuation range ± 2%, ensuring efficient power supply.
Protection level: The shell adopts IP68 protection, with a dustproof level of 6 (completely dustproof) and a Waterproof level of 8 (water depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes or deeper/longer).
Environmental adaptability: The working temperature range is -20 ℃ to 40 ℃, and it can withstand extreme weather conditions through high and low temperature cycling tests; The shell is made of flame-retardant PC+ABS material (fire rating UL94 V-0), resistant to UV aging, and has a lifespan of over 8 years.
Security mechanism: Built in overvoltage protection (customizable by voltage software), overcurrent protection (customizable by current software), short circuit protection (automatic recovery), and equipped with 75 ℃± 3 ℃ over temperature protection threshold and over temperature automatic power reduction function.
Efficiency and lifespan: Conversion efficiency ≥ 87% (at 220V input), using natural cooling technology, MTBF (mean time between failures) exceeding 80000 hours, meeting industrial reliability requirements.
2、 Core functions
Charging: The charging process automatically starts and goes through the following five charging stages: 1. Pulse recovery; 2. Soft start; 3 constant current; 4. Charging stage: constant voltage; 5. Floating charging (for lead-acid battery function)
Environmental Adaptability Design
Waterproof design of the shell: The shell adopts IP68 waterproof design, suitable for marine platforms, ships and other scenarios.
Impact resistant design: Through a 1.5-meter drop test, the shell has no cracks and the internal components are not loose, making it suitable for construction sites, field exploration, and other scenarios.
Multiple protection mechanisms
High voltage surge protection: Equipped with TVS diode, it can withstand 10kV surge impact and avoid lightning damage.
Electrostatic protection: Contact discharge ± 8kV, air discharge ± 15kV, in compliance with IEC 61000-4-2 standard.
3、 Typical application scenarios
Industrial and Outdoor Equipment
AGV robot charging: Provides power to 12V/24V/36V/48V industrial robots, with IP68 protection to ensure stable operation in dusty workshops and humid environments.
Outdoor exploration equipment: Powered by geological radar and drone base stations, it can still work normally after soaking in water at a depth of 2 meters for 1 hour.
New Energy Vehicles and Charging
Emergency Charging: Provides 100W portable charging for electric vehicles, with IP68 protection suitable for rainy days, muddy roads, and other scenarios.
Medical and emergency equipment
Operating room power supply: Provides power for shadowless lamps and electric surgical tables, with IP68 protection to prevent blood and disinfectant from entering.
Emergency communication equipment: provides power for satellite phones and walkie talkies, and can maintain communication even after immersion in water at a depth of 1.5 meters.
High end equipment
Underwater equipment: Charge diving equipment.
4、 Maintenance and upkeep guide
Daily usage standards
Environmental control: Store in an environment with a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 50 ℃ and a humidity of ≤ 85% RH, avoiding direct sunlight or the intrusion of condensed water.
Load matching: Overloading is strictly prohibited (recommended load ≤ 90% rated power) to prevent overheating and damage.
Regular maintenance process
Cleaning: Clean the heat dissipation holes with dry compressed air every quarter to avoid dust accumulation affecting heat dissipation; If contaminated with oil, it can be wiped with isopropanol (concentration ≥ 70%).
Electrical testing: Use a power analyzer to test the output voltage (standard value ± 0.3V) and current (standard value ± 0.1A) every six months. If the error exceeds the standard, it needs to be returned to the factory for maintenance.
Sealing inspection: Conduct an annual air tightness test (pressure 10kPa, leakage rate ≤ 0.1%/min), and replace the sealing ring if there is a leak.
Fault handling plan
Check if the charger is connected to the power source if there is no output, the indicator light is not on, or it is not flashing,
Overheating protection: When the ambient temperature is too high, suspend use and strengthen ventilation, and restore power supply when the temperature drops below 50 ℃.
The red power on indicator light is on, and the charger is connected to the battery, but the charging program does not start. Check the connection between the charger and the battery, and check if the battery is damaged or overdischarged.
