2、 Core functions
Intelligent charging algorithm
Charging using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) mode, supporting 24V lead-acid batteries (wet/AGM/GEL) and lithium batteries. The system can dynamically adjust charging parameters to avoid overcharging, overdischarging, and thermal runaway, thereby extending battery life.
Charging: The charging process automatically starts and goes through the following five charging stages: 1. Pulse recovery; 2. Soft start; 3 constant current; 4. Charging stage: constant voltage; 5. Floating charging (for lead-acid battery function)
Environmental Adaptability Design
The shell is made of anodized aluminum alloy metal material, which naturally has flame retardant effect (fire rating above 94V-0), and the internal circuit board is coated with three proof paint, moisture-proof and salt spray resistant. Integrated EMI filter at the input end reduces electromagnetic interference and complies with international safety standards such as UL62368 and CEC DOE-VI.
Multiple protection mechanisms
High voltage surge protection: Equipped with TVS diode, it can withstand 10kV surge impact and avoid lightning damage.
Electrostatic protection: Contact discharge ± 8kV, air discharge ± 15kV, in compliance with IEC 61000-4-2 standard.
Temperature compensation: Built in NTC thermistor, real-time monitoring of ambient temperature and adjustment of charging strategy, automatic derating operation in high temperature environments.
