It’s a multi voltage charging device, designed for industrial electric equipment such as forklifts, transport vehicles, cleaning vehicles, AGVs, etc. It supports 24V, 36V, 48V battery systems. Charging mode and algorithm
Three stage intelligent charging:
Constant current (CC): Quickly charge the battery to 80% -90% of its capacity with maximum current.
Constant Voltage (CV): The voltage stabilizes at the rated value of the battery, and the current gradually decreases to avoid overcharging.
Float: Maintain low current (such as 0.5A-2A) after being fully charged to compensate for battery self discharge.
Pulse repair: For lead-acid batteries, regularly output high-frequency pulses to break down lead sulfate crystals and extend battery life.
Security protection mechanism
Overcharge protection: When the battery voltage reaches the threshold (such as lead-acid 2.45V/cell), it automatically shuts off.
Short circuit protection: When a short circuit is detected, the circuit is cut off within 0.1 seconds
Over temperature protection: Reduce power when the internal temperature exceeds 75 ℃, and forcibly shut down when it exceeds 105 ℃.
Lightning and surge protection: Built in TVS diode to absorb transient high voltage (such as 4000V lightning strike).
Input under-voltage/over-voltage protection: Automatic power-off when AC input voltage<85v or="">264V.

4、 Purchasing Guide and Precautions
Voltage and current matching
Confirm battery voltage: The charger voltage must be completely consistent with the battery (for example, a 48V battery requires a 48V charger).
Current demand:
22A is suitable for 50-200Ah batteries, and the larger the capacity, the longer the charging time.
If the battery capacity is>200Ah, it is recommended to choose a higher current (such as 30A/40A) charger.
Example calculation:
48V 100Ah battery, charging time of 11A charger ≈ 100Ah ÷ 11A =9.1 hours.
Compatibility of battery types
Lead acid batteries: Choose a charger that supports pulse repair to extend their lifespan.
Lithium battery: It is necessary to confirm that the charger supports BMS communication to avoid overcharging or over-discharging.
Mixed use: Some chargers support dual mode switching between lead-acid/lithium batteries (manual setting required).
Use safety and maintenance
Environmental requirements:
Temperature: -20 ℃~40 ℃ (optimal), avoid high temperature direct exposure or low temperature freezing.
Operating standards:
Check the battery level (lead-acid battery) and interface cleanliness before charging.
Do not charge in confined spaces to prevent hydrogen accumulation (lead-acid batteries).
When stored for a long time, disconnect the charger from the battery.
Abnormal battery heating: Immediately cut off the power and check for battery aging or short circuit.
