It’s a multi voltage charging device designed for electric forklifts, handling vehicles, and industrial electric equipment, supporting 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V battery systems.For example, it can be used as a 12V22A forklift charger , Its 22A high current output can quickly charge industrial grade batteries, making it suitable for high-intensity work scenarios such as logistics warehousing and factory workshops. The product emphasizes high power, durability, and safety, and is a core component for the maintenance of industrial electric equipment.

Charging mode and algorithm

Three stage charging:

Constant current (CC): Quickly charge the battery to 80% -90% of its capacity with maximum current.

Constant Voltage (CV): The voltage stabilizes at the rated value of the battery, and the current gradually decreases to avoid overcharging.

Float: Maintain low current after full charge, compensate for battery self discharge, and extend lifespan.

Pulse repair: Some high-end models support pulse charging and can repair slightly vulcanized lead-acid batteries.

Security protection mechanism

Overcharge protection: The battery automatically shuts off when the voltage reaches the threshold.

Short circuit protection: When a short circuit is detected, immediately cut off the circuit and respond within 0.1 seconds.

Over temperature protection: Reduce power when the internal temperature exceeds 70 , and shut down when it exceeds 85 .

Lightning and surge protection: prevent damage to equipment caused by fluctuations in the power grid.

Input voltage: AC 100-240V (globally applicable, 50/60Hz), suitable for unstable voltage environments.

Output interface:

Lead acid batteries: can use Anderson plug (50A/75A specification) or alligator clip.

4Purchasing Guide and Precautions

Voltage and current matching

Confirm battery voltage: The charger voltage must be completely consistent with the battery (for example, a 48V battery requires a 48V charger).

Current demand:

25A is suitable for 20-100Ah batteries, and the larger the capacity, the longer the charging time.

If the battery capacity is>100Ah, it is recommended to choose a higher current (such as 30A/40A) charger.

Example calculation:

12V 100Ah battery, 22A charger charging time 100Ah ÷ 22A × 1.2 (efficiency coefficient)=4.6 hours.

Use safety and maintenance

Environmental requirements:

Temperature: -20 ~40 (optimal), avoid high temperature direct exposure or low temperature freezing.

Humidity:<90% rh="">

Operating standards:

Check the battery level (lead-acid battery) and interface cleanliness before charging.

Do not charge in confined spaces to prevent hydrogen accumulation.

When stored for a long time, disconnect the charger from the battery.

Abnormal battery heating: Immediately cut off the power and check for battery aging or short circuit.

Q: Can the charger charge lithium batteries?

A: Yes, and tell us your requirement of the communication protocol at the same time.

Q: What should I do if the battery smokes or leaks during charging?

A: Immediately cut off the power, stay away from sources of fire, and wear protective equipment to deal with leaks. The battery may be damaged and requires professional recycling.

Q: Can the charger be connected to the battery for a long time?

A: Not recommended. Long term connection may cause overcharging of the battery or aging of the charger. It is recommended to disconnect after fully charging.

Q: How to determine if the battery needs to be replaced?

A: The charging time is significantly extended (exceeding 50% of the initial time).

Decreased battery life (reduced usage time by more than 30% after a single charge).

Battery swelling, leakage, or abnormal heating.
