Applications
The 1000W charger power supply is a high-power charging device with different types of voltage output options, designed specifically for electric devices that require fast charging or high-power power supply, and supports 24V, 36V, and 48V battery packs. Its core function is to adopt a five stage charging algorithm of pulse+soft charging (CC)+constant current (CC)+constant voltage (CV)+float charging, which efficiently and safely replenishes energy for batteries of different voltages. At the same time, it integrates multiple protection mechanisms such as overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, and overheating to ensure stable and reliable charging process. This type of charger is commonly used in scenarios such as electric wheelchairs, electric scooters, industrial robots, medical equipment, etc., and is a key component of high-performance electric systems.
24V charger power supply (1000W)
Suitable batteries: Lead acid batteries (24V 30Ah-60Ah) or lithium batteries (6-series high-capacity type)
Output parameters: Constant current 30A (1000W/24V), customizable voltage and current for each charging stage
characteristic:
Balancing power and portability: With a moderate current of 30A, it is suitable for medium load equipment, while also considering the size and heat dissipation of the charger.
Intelligent protection: Integrated temperature sensor, automatically protects when the temperature exceeds the set temperature.
Compatibility: Supports pulse repair charging function for lead-acid batteries, extending battery life.
Application scenarios:
Electric sightseeing vehicles (scenic spots, parks).
Medical rehabilitation equipment (such as electric hospital beds, nursing robots).
Agricultural machinery (such as electric spray and mower).
36V charger power supply (1000W)
Applicable batteries: Lithium batteries (9-string high-capacity type) or some high-end lead-acid batteries
Output parameters: Constant current of 22A (1000W/36V), customizable voltage and current for each charging stage
characteristic:
High voltage and low current design: 36V voltage can reduce line losses, suitable for long-distance or high-speed equipment.
Dynamic adjustment: Automatically switch charging modes based on battery status (such as trickle charging protection).
EMC protection: Built in electromagnetic compatibility filter to reduce interference with other devices.
Application scenarios:
Electric scooter (high-speed version, speed ≥ 40km/h).
Logistics robot (warehouse automatic sorting equipment).
Outdoor exploration equipment (such as electric mountain bikes, snowmobiles).
48V charger power supply (1000W)
Applicable batteries: lithium batteries (13 string high-capacity type) or large capacity lead-acid batteries
Output parameters: constant current 15A (1000W/48V), voltage and current can be customized for each charging stage
characteristic:
Multiple security mechanisms: including lightning protection and leakage protection.
Application scenarios:
Industrial robots (such as welding and handling robotic arms).
Electric vessels (small yachts, fishing boats).
Special vehicles (such as electric fire trucks, patrol vehicles).
Maintenance and upkeep
Usage environment
Temperature control: Avoid using outside the range of -10 ℃ to 40 ℃ to prevent a decrease in battery or charger performance.
Moisture and dust prevention: The charger should be placed in a dry and clean environment to avoid interface oxidation or short circuit.
Ventilation requirements: When charging, ensure that there are no obstructions around, and air-cooled chargers need to reserve more than 10cm of heat dissipation space.
regular inspection
Interface cleaning: Clean the charging interface with anhydrous alcohol every month to prevent poor contact.
Voltage calibration: Every six months, use professional instruments to test the output voltage accuracy (error should be ≤± 1.0%) to ensure charging safety.
Cooling system: Check if the fan is running properly and clean the dust on the cooling fins.
Storage and transportation
Long term storage: Store in a cool and dry place. It is recommended to charge the battery every 3 months to prevent excessive self discharge.
Transportation protection: Use shockproof packaging to prevent the internal circuit board of the charger from loosening or solder joints from falling off.
Battery isolation: Store the charger and battery separately during transportation to prevent accidental start-up.
Battery matching and safety
Voltage consistency: It is strictly prohibited to mix chargers and batteries with different voltages (such as using a 48V charger to charge a 24V battery), which may cause explosions or fires.
Lithium battery specific: Lithium batteries require a charger that supports BMS (Battery Management System) to avoid overcharging or overdischarging.
Reverse connection protection: Confirm the polarity of the interface before charging, some chargers have reverse connection automatic power-off function.
Fault handling and safety
Abnormal heating: If the surface temperature of the charger is abnormal, immediately cut off the power and contact after-sales.
Odor or smoke: Immediately cut off the power, use a dry powder fire extinguisher to extinguish potential sources of fire, and avoid using water.
Professional maintenance: Do not disassemble the charger by yourself, as internal high-voltage components may pose a risk of electric shock.
