The 2kW 48V 35A portable programmable battery charger delivers industry-leading efficiency with a 94% power conversion rate. Utilizing advanced synchronous rectification and zero-voltage switching (ZVS) technology, it minimizes energy loss during operation. The charger maintains an input voltage range of 90-264VAC (47-63Hz) while outputting a precise 48VDC (±0.5% regulation). This efficiency translates to reduced heat generation, with thermal dissipation kept below 65°C at full load, ensuring prolonged component lifespan.
2. Multi-Stage Programmable Charging Profiles
Equipped with 8 user-defined charging algorithms, this charger supports CC/CV/float/trickle modes with 0.1% current resolution (35A ±50mA). The microprocessor-controlled system allows voltage adjustments from 36-60VDC in 10mV increments. Charge termination parameters include ΔV detection (±10mV sensitivity), -dV/dt (0.5-5mV/cell/min), and temperature cutoff (NTC 10kΩ ±1%).
