Applications
The 300W waterproof charger can be used as an output charging device for different voltage types designed for electric wheelchairs. It supports charging 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V battery packs, with a maximum output power of 300 watts, and can adapt to wheelchair battery systems with different types of battery voltages. Its core function is to adopt a five stage charging algorithm of pulse+soft charging (CC)+constant current (CC)+constant voltage (CV)+float charging, which safely and efficiently replenishes energy for wheelchair batteries. At the same time, it has protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and short circuit to ensure the safety of the charging process.
12V charger
Suitable batteries: Lead acid batteries (12V 12Ah-30Ah) or lithium batteries (3 series)
Output parameters: The constant current stage current is about 20A (300W/12V), and the voltage and current of each charging stage can be customized
Features: Small size, suitable for lightweight portable wheelchairs, short charging time (such as 12V, 12Ah battery takes about 1.2 hours to fully charge).
Application scenarios: Home indoor wheelchairs, short distance transportation tools.
24V charger
Suitable batteries: Lead acid batteries (24V 20Ah-50Ah) or LFP lithium iron phosphate batteries with 8 strings, or Li ion lithium batteries (7 strings)
Output parameters: Constant current 10A (300W/24V), customizable voltage and current for each charging stage
Features: Balancing power and portability, suitable for medium load wheelchairs, and improving endurance.
Application scenarios: community commuting wheelchairs, hospital rehabilitation equipment.
36V charger
Applicable batteries: LFP lithium iron phosphate battery (12 series) or partial lead-acid battery
Output parameters: Constant current of 7A (300W/36V), customizable voltage and current for each charging stage
Features: High voltage reduces current and minimizes line losses, suitable for long endurance or high-speed wheelchairs.
Application scenarios: Outdoor exploration wheelchairs, mountain terrain transportation tools.
48V charger
Applicable batteries: LFP lithium iron phosphate battery (14/16 series) or Li ion lithium battery 14 series
Output parameters: constant current of 5A (300W/48V), voltage and current can be customized for each charging stage
Features: Supports high-power motors, suitable for heavy-duty or long-distance wheelchairs, low-speed vehicles
Application scenarios: Industrial wheelchairs, logistics transportation equipment.
Application scenarios
Family and Community
The 12V/24V charger is suitable for indoor or short distance commuting, such as daily travel for the elderly and community hospital rehabilitation.
Outdoor and public places
The 36V/48V charger is suitable for scenarios that require long battery life or high power, such as wheelchair rental services in parks and scenic areas.
Special needs
The 48V charger can be used for medical grade wheelchairs or load-bearing equipment, meeting the needs of professional scenarios such as hospitals and nursing homes.
Maintenance and upkeep
Usage environment
Avoid high temperatures (>40 ℃) or humid environments to prevent internal components from aging.
Ensure good ventilation during charging and avoid covering the surface of the charger.
regular inspection
Check the charging interface monthly for looseness or oxidation, and clean the contacts with alcohol swabs.
Check the accuracy of the charger output voltage annually (error should be ≤± 1%), which can be measured with a multimeter.
Storage and transportation
When not in use for a long time, store in a dry and cool place to avoid squeezing or falling.
Shockproof packaging is required during transportation to prevent the internal circuit board from loosening.
Battery matching
It is strictly prohibited to use chargers that do not match the battery voltage (such as using a 24V charger to charge a 12V battery), as it may cause permanent damage to the battery.
Lithium batteries require a dedicated charger to avoid safety issues caused by overcharging.
Fault handling
If the charger heats up abnormally or has a strange odor, immediately turn off the power and contact after-sales service.
Avoid disassembling and repairing on your own, as internal high-voltage components may pose a risk of electric shock.
